Clients were struggling to find fitness assistance & didn’t know where to start. And, Fitness professionals were battling to maintain a sustainable career.

And being problem solvers, we wanted to help.  We have experience on both sides.  As PT’s helping people get fit, and as clients trying to reach fitness goals.  We also like designing and building technology products.

Starting or continuing an exercise habit can be a real challenge.   We know that a big part of staying motivated is enjoying the type of training you do.  What ever it is.   We want you to find your fit,   the exercise that is going to get you up and moving.   So, we are looking to roll out more training types and find more fitness professionals to help push you through the rough patches.
